Mughal Kashmiri Wood Box ~ various designs

The beautiful Kashmiri boxes have the perfect size for dreadful TV annd anircon controllers, lighters and anll the other little Nick Nick that you would like to hide on your coffee table. They are also perfect to keep your jewellery safe or lotions and potions on your dressing table.

The boxes are crafted out of wood and afterwards skilfully hand painted by artisans in Kashmir, India - a very old tradition originating from that area. The patterns are inspired by traditional Mughal artwork, that we discovered at the V&A Museum in London.

Please note that these products are completely made by hand and slight variations in patterns and colours are possible and show the beauty of the product. They age naturally and get a slight yellow hue over time it.
