ORNAMENTS

The Christmas Ornaments of The Jungle Emporium are a firm favourite - each season we are adding on to our collection. They are completely embroidered by hand by a small family owned business in Agra, India. Each ornament is embroidered on both sides with various types of bold pearls, beads, sequins, gold and silver lurex, using a techniques  called Zardozi embroidery which is a three dimensional embroidery which dates back to the 14th century. 

We equally love the ornaments on a large twig in a vase, which would for example make a fantastic decoration in the kids room all year round but also for occasions like Chinese New Year or Easter. Add them as a gift tag or as a decoration to your table setting. The possibilities are endless.
