Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have passed since you have taken delivery of your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you any return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused with all tags attached, stickers untouched and in original condition. If you need to make a return please send us an email at mail@jungle-emporium.com.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that as a small business we are unable to give you a full refund but of course we want you to be happy with your goods. You can either exchange the item or you will receive a credit-note that you can use for your next purchase. The only exception is if the item is defective or damaged and we are unable to give you an adequate replacement. If you need to exchange it for the same item please send us an email at mail@jungle-emporium.com.
Shipping
To return your product please send it to The Jungle Emporium, 13 Adam Drive, 289973 Singapore. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable unless the item is being returned or exchanged because it is faulty. If you are shipping an item over S$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions
Please note that SALE items, pre-ordered items, or made to order items are not eligible for returns.
