Shipping policy

 

In Stock items are shipped within 2-4 business days depending on the current volume of orders to fulfil.

Pre-Order items will be shipped within 1-3 business days once they have arrived and are In Stock.

If your order contains both In Stock items and Pre-Order items your order will ship only when your Pre-Order items have arrived and are In Stock. In this case you may prefer to place 2 separate orders if you would like the In Stock Items to be shipped immediately. 

Shipping within Singapore is charged at S$5 for orders below S$200 and is free of charge for orders over S$200. Collection of orders is also possible by arrangement.

International shipping is available for most products and most countries and is calculated at time of check out, however, please note this is limited to a basket weight of 5kg. Should your order weigh more than 5kg or you live in a country where shipping is not automatically calculated we will need to provide you with a custom shipping quote, in which case please email us at mail@jungle-emporium.com.

Please be aware that items shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes by the recipient country. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. These costs are to be borne by you the Customer and not The Jungle Emporium. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
