Tibetan Tiger Carpet ~ Saffron Yellow & golden beige

I am head over heels with these incredible tiger carpets that I found during my travels to India. Each carpet is made by hand by skilled artisans in Kashmir, the most northern part of India. Using a technique called chainstitch, colourful pure wool yarn is stitched by hook through cotton. Each carpet takes up to two months to complete. 

We are stocking these beautiful carpets in a selection of bold colours in very small quantities. This Tibetan Tiger carpet is standing out with a saffron yellow background and golden beige tiger lying on top of it. An absolute eye catcher.
